Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that any accessories or documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our horticultural experts inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 7 to 10 business days.
